High quality can opener valve for US and American self-sealing type of refrigerant canisters that are equipped with 7/16in-28UNF threads. This valve can be used with R-12a, R-22, R-134a and other similar type of self-sealing canisters. The valve body is made of brass and includes a female 1/4 SAE threaded to 1/2in ACME male thread adapter for the larger set of hoses. This valve should not be used for refrigerant canisters that need to be punctured, because the pin inside the valve is dull to prevent damage to the valve of self-sealing, reusable canisters.
