OEM replacement heating element for 858D, 952D, 878 and 898D hot air soldering rework repair stations. This heater element adopts PTC ceramic heating element tube, low thermal resistance and high heat transfer efficiency. The unit includes heating element and thermocouple sensor. Two yellow wires are for the heating element, red and black wires are for the thermocouple sensor.

Please note:

• This is a replacement heat element for 110V model only, will not work with 220V model
• Before installation make sure to remove the plastic clear tape from the thermal protection paper
• When using the replace for the first time its normal for the unit to smoke for the first 5min at maximum temperature
