Diesel Injector Seat Resurface Cutter Cleaner Tool Set Carbon Remover

The injector seat cutter set allows the technician to re-face the seat, for the new or reconditioned injector to be fitted correctly. The cutter set comes with 7 different cutters that can be applied for the various injection nozzles, the cutters are made of HSS heat treated steel and are designed to cut off carbon deposits, gunk and rust from the injector seat to prevent future leaks. This cleaning is very simple, through fixing the selected cutter with the guide mandrel, put everything in the injection opening and turn gently on the T-handle. It’s very important to have the injector seat clean and re-faced in order to avoid blow-back and poor emissions due to poorly seated injectors.
